Information we collect

Information you give us

Such as your name, email address, password, profile photo and other account details; the teams, leagues, messages, photos and other content you create; your activity in the game, such as drafts, lineups, trades and settings; and anything you send us when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our partners may collect information about your device and how you use the Services, such as IP address, device type and settings, operating system, device and advertising identifiers, app version, approximate location (for example, from your IP address), the pages and features you use, the time and length of your visits, crash and performance data, and similar information. We may collect it using cookies, software development kits (SDKs), pixels and similar technologies.

Information from others

We may receive information about you from sign-in providers you choose to use (such as Google, Facebook or Apple), from other users (for example, when they invite you to a league), and from partners such as analytics, advertising and data providers. We may combine it with the information we hold about you.

How we use information

• To provide, run, maintain and improve the Services, including your account, teams and leagues.
• To understand how the Services are used and to develop new features, including through analytics.
• To personalize the Services and the content you see.
• To communicate with you, including service messages and, where allowed, marketing.
• To show advertising, including advertising tailored to your interests, and to measure it.
• To keep the Services and their users safe and secure, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
• For any other purpose we tell you about, or with your consent.

We may also create aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you, and use and share it for any purpose.

How we share information

• With other users. Your profile, teams, league activity and messages are visible to the people in your leagues.
• With service providers that work on our behalf, such as hosting, storage, sign-in, customer support and analytics providers.
• With advertising and analytics partners, who may collect or receive information about your use of the Services and other apps and websites to provide, personalize and measure advertising.
• With business partners and other third parties, including in ways that may count as a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" for targeted advertising under some laws. Where the law requires, you can opt out (see Your choices and rights).
• In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, or in connection with a bankruptcy.
• For legal and safety reasons, when we believe it is needed to comply with the law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Panenka, our users or others.
• With your consent or at your direction.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

We and our partners may use cookies, SDKs and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, and provide and measure advertising. You can limit some of this:

• On iPhone and iPad, you choose whether apps can track you across other companies' apps and websites.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• In your browser, you can block or delete cookies.

Where the law requires, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sales and targeted advertising. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile in the app and delete your account in the app or by email (see Delete your account). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know about, access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of its sale, of sharing for targeted advertising, or of certain profiling; and to appeal our decision on your request. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also object to or ask us to restrict our use of your information, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and complain to your data protection authority.

To make a request, email privacy@panenkafantasy.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and you can use an authorized agent where the law allows. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, content that is part of other people's leagues, such as chat messages, may remain without your name on it.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee its security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated policy here and change the date at the top, and where the law requires, we'll give you additional notice or ask for your consent.
