Delete your account

You can delete your Panenka account at any time. Deleting it is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Panenka and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Account and choose Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.

Without the app

Email privacy@panenkafantasy.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What's deleted

  • Your account and sign-in, email address, display name and profile photo.
  • The clubs you follow, your reactions and your poll votes.
  • Your place in every team and league you're in.

What stays, without your name

Your leagues carry on for the other managers, so some of what you did stays as part of their history:

  • Your chat messages and polls, shown as from "Deleted user".
  • Bonus points you awarded as a commissioner, credited to "Deleted user".
  • A team you managed alone stays in its league under a neutral name and without its photo. A team you shared stays with the other owner.
  • A league you ran passes to another manager, or is deleted if nobody else is in it.

Request logs are kept for up to 30 days, and copies in database backups are replaced within 7 days. See the privacy policy for more.
